What is included in a Shell Construction? Ed explains “the Shell concept is where the owner is responsible for part of the contracting, that really appealed to me.” If you prefer a more hands-on approach, HiLine Homes’ Shell & Super Shell program offer additional ways to customize your home by doing the finish work yourself. Any of our plans are available in Shell or Super Shell Program. Shell Program
With the Shell Program, we’ll get you started by taking care of the foundation, framing, roofing, siding, windows, exterior doors, and interior framing. You can take it from there and finish your home the way you want.
Super Shell Program
HiLine Homes popular Super Shell Program includes all of the above as well as: rough plumbing, rough electrical, insulation, and sheetrock finished and textured. You can finish with trim, cabinetry, and the interior details that make your home unique.
